They are highly complimentary as they project what he will become based on what he is right now. They're probably right, but these are still projections. He has yet to show how his skills, talents, and abilities will translate to American college D1 level basketball. He appears to be a bit slow and sometimes that can compromise every aspect of a player's game when confronted with a quicker game. It didn't hurt Larry Bird, but Larry was a bit of a unicorn. He is a bit skinny right now, but I think that will resolve itself soon as the ages and begins to add strength and naturally fills out. I still think he would a good get for anyone, but it might take some time for him to get anywhere near his potential and there still exists the possibility that he could find the American game to fast and too physical and might never reach his promise. Even though that may be remote, it is something to keep in mind if he does end up coming to UCLA. It may not mean that Cronin was unable to bring him along. It just could mean that his body didn't cooperate. That happens sometimes.
