The coaching carousel has fully stopped, and it won't be easy to find a sitting head coach to take the job.
Michigan can promote an assistant as interim coach, but that may make it harder to retain players on the roster.
This is like when Chip Kelly left too late to find a good replacement. I doubt Michigan is as dumb as we were with the DeShaun Foster hire, but their options aren't great.
