He seems to smoothly glide across the floor. Jackson Shelstad out of Oregon is also quick and fast and about the same height. I know Shelstad's game better and think he would be a great get for Cronin. He's not a great shooter but has gone off in games and seems to be able to get his own shot when on or needed.
But I like Johnson based on nothing other than the videos I've seen which can be hard to get a good complete picture of a player. If it came down to these two guys and Cronin could get either, which one would you like to see as a Bruin? I think Shelstad is a good player, but I might lean more toward Johnson. Plus, he has 3 years left. Any thoughts anyone?
