she tends to force her shots a lot, which, given her short stature, gets blocked a lot. So that mind set is not always effective. Throughout this season, SC WBB talking heads (CeCe Clay,for one)kept commenting that Londynn does not need to try to win the game on her own. That's not her role on the team given that Jazzy, Kara Dunn, and Kennedy Smith are also on the team and are bigger than her and can get their shots off vs bigger comp. She needed to facilitate more. not force her shots. So when she is on, it's great, but if she is cold or facing big defenders, she tends to keep at it and not pass the ball instead. she needs to read the defense and figure out how best to help the team. Not sure if she was like that at UCLA as well.
On a side note, SC WBB has better content out there compared to UCLA WBB. Cece Clay has tons of online content (YouTube, podcasts, substack, etc) and she knows her $hit. I think she might have been a baller or coach in her prior iteration. I wish UCLA WBB had the same type of content. I like Charlisse L-W's content and Coach Cori's content, and those UCLA WBB interviews by other outlets, but I wish we had content comparable to Cece Clay's.
