I think Cronin should aim to pay (big) our current guys to ensure team continuity. Give the keys to Trent Perry, Skyy Clark (if he returns), Eric Dailey, and Xavier Booker, with Eric Freeny and Brandon Williams off the bench. Agree about picking up another 3-and-D wing so Dailey can play his natural position at the 4, and 1-2 big bodies that can rebound and defend at the 5.
Prioritize character and culture. He needs guys who will buy in and enforce his system early to be successful. Don't recruit over the current guys; give them space to develop and thrive. Maybe he should pay players coming in less than his returning players to remove any ego.
