As promised by HC Cori Close, the Bruins came out hyped up and hustling. We surged to an 11-2 lead to open the game. Ok St is hustling and rebounding but their star and best rebounder, Akot, has already picked up two fouls trying to hold on to the Betts sisters.

Bruins hit a lull for a bit then responded with their talent to finish the quarter.
OK St is hustling and playing really hard, getting in our players' faces which makes this a really good game for us to have early in the Tournament - get used to it before we run into the same defense from a much stronger opponent later on.
