Michigan has been in, the opponents were hitting threes and that was opening up lanes to the hoop. Only lasted about 3/4th of the game before Michigan turned up the heat and pulled away for the wins. In their one loss, Wisconsin hit 15 of 23 threes to Michigan's 8. Beat Mich 91 to 88 on Michigan's home court.
With Bilodeau, Perry and possibly Clark and maybe Booker, UCLA does have that type of 3 point capability. However, they would have to be ready to pull the trigger without hesitation as Michigan puts a lot of pressure on the perimeter players and the openings aren't there for long. If UCLA is hitting their threes, they have a good chance of hanging with Michigan, IMO.
In last night's game, with 12:24 left in the second half, NW was ahead 60 to 47. After that, Michigan looked like they decided to turn up the pressure and outscored NW 40 to 15 the rest of the way.
