just comparing the defensive performances vs. Tennessee
v. UCLA FG% 41, 3pt FG% 37, TO 20, TO margin - 8, Reb margin + 4
v. UCnn FG% 38, 3pt FG% 32, TO 20, TO margin - 5, Reb margin - 9
v. SoCarFG% 28, 3pt FG% 23, TO 18, TO margin + 1, Reb margin - 15
Surprises - We had the best turnover margin vs. Tenn as compared to UConn, SoCaro.
Shocker, we were the only team w/ a negative rebound margin, and SoCaro had a Reb margin that was 19 boards better than us. 19!
Very concerning re SoCaro - they also held Tenn to a FG% that was 13% lower than we did. And, a 3pt% that was 14% lower.
Granted, our D has been improving since we played Tennessee. But, I'm starting to worry that SoCaro is more dangerous than UConn.
