I was getting started on my Michigan preview, and wrote a couple of paragraphs citing Lavin's "Batann Death March" comment.
A couple of other things. In Cronin's post-game, he said he hoped that Skyy would have a full week of practice prior to the Michigan game. It sounds like Skyy will be back on Sunday.
We actually have done pretty well with such a limited roster. We are currently in 6th place in the Big Ten, although that isn't likely to last through the next three games.
BTW, we have lost two game all season with our full roster, Arizona and Gonzaga. FWIW, we are one of two schools who kept Arizona's winning margin to 4 points. The other is UConn.
Meanwhile, we were without Bilodeau for the Cal loss. We lost Skyy half way through the Iowa game and he was missing throughout the rest of our losses.
Are we a great team? No. But we should make the tournament, and we aren't likely to be an easy out for anyone.
