this in his presser. I think he said that they decided to not switch. That's what they do and they decided to keep doing what they normally do. Perhaps I'm just making this up, but I do believe that that's what he said. But at my age my memory is no longer the trap door it once was. IMO defenses ultimately have to decide what poison they are going to take because they can't stop everything. Coaches have to access what their team is good at and what their opponent is less good at and then roll the dice. Perhaps if UCLA plays the Boilermakers again Painter would employ a different strategy. Then Cronin would be wise to anticipate that move and be prepared to change his strategy. That's the chess game of coaching.
