The Big Ten REALLY needs to adopt the old Pac-12 travel partners schedule.

1) to avoid the situation where a West Coast Team is on the road, while their next opponent is already on the West Coast - last night was the first time in 2 years where we played a good game in that scenario where the other team played 'SC while we were over halfway across the country.

2) They need to get rid of that 2 days off between games think - it doesn't prepare teams well for the tourney. If there were travel partners, a single day off between road games against geographically proximate areas (eg. LA, Pac NW, Indiana/Purdue, etc) wouldn't be as difficult, and would prepare the Big Ten better for the schedules in the Tourney.

As to the 2 home/5 road split, yeah, that will sometimes happen, but not as much if travel partners are used.
