I’m not down on Cronin either. He’s beyond reproach to me. His long track record of being average and never great puts him in a class all his own. Heck, why even talk about his offense at all? We know that what to expect, and we know this season will play out. I for one am totally fine with UCLA hoops sinking lower and lower in its national standing and being an afterthought all season long. Cronin is a good coach. That’s all that matters.
