Speaking of reading box scores, one of my favorite books is Jim Savage's Encyclopedia of the NCAA Basketball Tournament from 1990, which has all the tournament brackets, box scores for all the tournament games, all-star teams, individual records, and team records, and a 2-page summary of each year covering regular and postseason. Starting from 1939 (Oregon won) through to 1990 (UNLV won). Part 2 had profiles of some great players and coaches. Then Part 3 had tournament records.

I recently saw a picture of Coach Wooden's study. He also had a copy of this book. Here's a pic of my copy, next to a pic of Coach Wooden's study. Can you find his copy in the picture?
