Not only is she a coveted, and more reliable 3 point shooter than the departing Londyn Jones, but also at 6’ without 5’4” Jones’ defensive liability.
She is the difference in the team being special enough to beat a Connecticut.
But only then if Close can finally drill a bang-bang pass out to this open shooter when opponents inevitably collapse on Betts, instead of the often sluggish, indecisive response to that situation …
