one of the true joys of College Basketball was seeing players at your school grow from freshmen into seniors.
that's not something you really get in the NBA, and it is filtering down to college.
Not sure what the remedy would be, but better incentives to stick with one school (which cuts both ways, as one looks at the examples in College Football with Coaches yanking Scholarships) would be good.
