None of us really know what transpired between Mara and Cronin. Mick seems like a straight shooter. Maybe he was unwilling to make promises he couldn't keep or maybe Mara wanted more money.
I thought Aday developed a lot this year under Cronin so it's tough to see him go, but sometimes these things happen.
