everything I've read and heard directly including some specifics to that effect. Plus actions - agreed on a package for Aday, Devin was let go (some fit reasons as well as ideas about whether or not he was play much next year), focused on PG - Dent - first and foremost and bringing back all the key members of this year's team including Clark, Bilodeau, Dailey, Perry and Freeny and hopefully Brandon Williams from red shirt year leaving need for a wing and a backup center (back up to Mara) plus all of Cronin's statements before this happened.
Plus no question raised ever about Mara's return and lots of predictions about how good he would be next year.
There was an agreement in place - not signed before he was going home but those agreements aren't strictly binding anyway - but agreed to as verified by several close to the situation.
Aday and his people clearly decided the agreement he made with the program before leaving for home wasn't as good as he could get - how much referring to NIL money amount and how much to other guarantees and considerations I don't know though several have reported there were a number of other demands made besides financial.
