I don't see Cronin developing Mara into the lottery pick he could be.
I've been saying it for most of the year, but if I were Mara, I would have left for a program which can develop players, especially bigs, offensively too.
CMC not starting Mara most of the year, not coaching players on passing to the post, yanking Mara after a couple of minutes and not playing him most of the rest of the game, etc.
Who cares if there was what you call tampering? What I call it is educating Mara that he will develop better at a different school.
