I thought I heard Clark Kellogg use the term rock chalk

when the winners during the tournament were as predicted by the selection committee. Apart from it being a Kansas chant.

So, you'd say 'Rock Chalk' when commenting on this year's Final 4 since all four were ranked #1? Is this a real expression or did I just imagine this?

I did not find the term listed in the NCAA Tournament dictionary.
