When Kareem Abdul Jabbar (Lew Alcindor) was turning pro - and similar situation with Jamaal (Keith) Wilkes - Coach Wooden was asked if the big strong muscular pros wouldn't break him in half because he was so thin. Coach Wooden replied that there are two different kinds of musculature - some guys have big strong showy muscles but others have longer, thinner muscles and he - Wooden - thought that the latter type musculature had more flexibility and was likely to sustain a longer career than the bigger muscle type. He thought Lewis (Kareem) would have a long and very successful pro career.
Mara may not ever put on a huge amount of weight. At least it may take him awhile. (I remember photos of my father who at 31 still looked like a skinny college kid but then, by about age 35, he had matured into a good looking mature guy.) Every decade seems to bring with it another five pounds or so. But young as he is, Aday isn't likely to put on a great deal more weight.
But if he can continue to increase his strength, especially in his lower body, his athleticism and pure size should still allow him to excel.
You say Williams but are you thinking Brandon or Devin? Devin was the 6'10" one who red shirted last season and who it's been written wasn't able to increase his weight much at all and has entered the transfer portal and will be moving on. Brandon is a 6'6" wing - actually seems to be inherently a small PF type player - and I've seen nothing at all written about his weight and gaining or losing any. He's a pretty tough guy and didn't seem particularly underweight to me, ever
