... really fun

They have 3 "playmakers" on the squad: Luka, Austin Reeves, LeBron.

They have at least 2 of the 3 on the court at all times. They start and end games with all 3 on the court.

The role of the playmaker (PM) is to puncture the D. The d is like a bubble. The bubble wants to push out a far as possible, without getting popped. When a team does nothing but pass the ball around the perimeter of the bubble for 10 to 15 seconds, that is GREAT for the d. No threats = no anxiety = legs and rest = lazy communication doesn't get punished

But once a PM gets "inside the wire", then the camp goes into a tizzy. When Odysseus and the Greeks used the Trojan Horse to puncture Troy's defensive bubble, all hell broke loose, and let's just say... the Greeks dunked on them. #toosmall

Who does Ucla have that qualifies as a PM? Nobody, at this point.

I think ED is a guy that I'd use with a ball handler up top. Run a two man action to try to get a little switched on to ed. Get ed the ball at the FT line. And then let him cook. Getting him the ball at an attack position will stress the d. Then he can drive, pull up or dish from the center of the half court.

LeBron does this a ton with Luka. It's fun to watch because it's really effective
