So you're basically saying that your "state of the union" on college basketball is limited to the current season, and that not even last season is indicative of trends, developments, or other noteworthy impacts?

You're as short-sighted as anyone here.

Returning players are ALWAYS important, which is part of why Cronin is failing as a coach. The more important reason he's failing is because he's completely out of touch with the modern game. He's an analog player in a digital word.
