I thank them for their time at UCLA, but I also thank them for making quick decisions.
Players have another month to enter the portal or declare for the NBA draft. That's a long time for coaches to be in roster limbo. It's got to be hell not knowing who is leaving and who is staying.
It's another month of uncertainty about the portal and two months before they know about the draft. In a way, we are lucky this season to not have any real NBA prospects. Even if guys declare, it is higly unlikely any Bruins stay in the draft.
Meanwhile, I am all in favor of quick decisions.

April 22: Last day to enter the portal
April 26: Last day to declare for the NBA Draft (11:59 p.m. ET)
May 12: NBA Draft Lottery 2025
May 11-18: NBA Combine (Chicago, IL)
May 28: NCAA Draft withdrawal deadline for US players.
June 15: NBA Draft Early Entry Entrant Withdrawal Deadline for international players(5 p.m. ET)
June 25: NBA Draft
