Yeah, we got run off the court in the 1st 15 mins or so.
And, MI is shooting lights out, at a ridiculous (for UCLA's D 68% including an impossible 62% from the arc). So, plenty tp criticize and yet there's no denying that CMC's ballers play hard for him from the opening gun to the final buzzer.
Our elite D's Achilles Heel is height in the low blocks, and MI has that aplenty. Bilodeau is too short and we have no C depth behind him. The extension of this is rebounds, where MI is dominating us 17-11. The D has milked them for 11 TOs vs only 3 for UCLA, and that is keeping us in the game, as his Bazz who is grabbing the bull by the horns and is playing outside CMC's non-existent O system.
No one on the floor is in foul trouble, and while it's good to see Dailey, Skyy & Kyle back, they're not having much impact + Clark is still favoring his left shoulder. Speaking of favoring, who is that MI a$slicker doing color on the telecast, openly giving the Wolverines reach-arounds after reach-around?
On the minus side, we're an incredible 0-8 from the arc and, yes, DA isn't remotely pulling his weight.
Will be a challenge to get back in this one, but we'll see what the home court can shake out for us.
GO BRUINS!
