To state the obvious, we lost because our shooting was cold as ice. If we hit 25% of our threes - just 25%, we win. And, we weren't missing b/c of their D. The vast majority of our attempts were wide open. We did seem to be a little sped up, but the shots were wide open.

I strongly disagree with Mick about the Perry/Harris situation. Imo, you can't take a guy that's new to the team, has not been relied upon for offense, and suddenly send him out saying "you must score." While not running any specific plays for him, btw. Harris got 8 minutes, had no plays run for him that I could tell, has not played in crunchtime that I'm aware of - And, Mick is listing Harris as a cause of the loss?

And, same with Trent - to babble on further, if he wants Trent to be a scorer on this team, this season, he can't give him the immediate hook every time Trent makes a mistake. The guy has got to get comfortable on the floor. Has to take some shots. If Mick wants TP to contribute on O this season, he's got to give him a much longer leash, give him more minutes, give him some easy shots and not pull him if he misses. In other words, he's got to be willing to risk a game in the name of development of Perry. Or Perry is not going to give us any crunch points, and hardly any points.

Mara - On his post up play, he could have been called for traveling. On the upside, on his dunk, he sealed off his guy. Part of Mara's problem is that when he seals off for an entry pass, his defender fights through it.

Why do opposing guards get to shove our defenders off of them? Nembhart did it a few times, and that Worster guy did it hard a few times. I'm not understanding that.

Last weird observation. Hoiberg stripped Mack twice when Mack was driving. Mack would drive down the right side of the key, when he picked up his dribble to attack the basket, he'd have to bring the ball across his body. On both times, Hoiberg stripped the ball with his right (basket-side) hand as Mack was bringing it across.
