disagree. And you are right, it doesn't matter whether it's a star or walk on who claimed the assault. Just passing on what the news reported.
However, my intent was simply to post what was reported in the local news here in NM and comment on the changes that appear to be taking place in college basketball. First the law suit by players not getting the money they were promised and now this. First time I've heard of players suing their coaches.
I can recall all sorts of fights back in the day when I was a player but neither player called it an assault. They just went at it and moved on with their lives and bruises and bloody noses after it was over. Different era though.
