yeah, it's not as if we had a wire to wire dominant victory. We played well, but let's not forget with less than 2 seconds to go we were losing and needed a miracle 3 point heave off of the backboard to go in to get the Win.
And we shot insanely well from 3. We're better 3pt shooters than we've shown thus far, but we're not a 50%+ 3pt shooting team.
Honestly, the best thing we saw offensively for the rest of the season was Dailey learning to hunt his shot. He's looked like he had the potential, but mostly took role-player shots. He looks like we need to start designing and running plays for him now (as long as he doesn't bail on a FT box out again - I didn't mind him getting benched for that 1x, don't blow it again!).
I'm fine with where we're at now. We desperately needed that win for the NET, more than the polls right now, especially with Arizona and UNC taking hits lately. We'll get some decent quad 1 opportunities in the B1G, but most will be some long plane trips, and we haven't always been consistent after long travel. Getting a quad 1 win in our timezone was huge yesterday.
