So basically your point is that no Pac team has won the title since '97, not '95. It's been 28 years, not 30.
This really doesn't change my original point: that UCLA has just left a conference that hasn't won a national title in multiple decades, so the Big 10's own drought isn't such a big deal and actually pales in comparison.
The Pac has been the weakest "power conference" in hoops for quite some time, so our joining the Big 10 is a welcome change, imo. It's just one we'll need to be patient with. The league is much more competitive than anything UCLA is faced recently, and our coach has never hit the ground running through transitional periods. I'm unsure we as fans will have the patience for Cronin's struggles to last another few years.
