and put it under my name but somehow it was hacked by the Chinese and it has been locked up for years and I haven't been able to cancel it or even unlock it since everything is in Chinese. I've never used it when it was working but my wife used it with my daughters till it was hacked and locked up. People often send me facebook information in my email but it always comes up in Chinese and I can't open it up.
The link you provided has some English in it and offers a path for verifying and unlocking. I've never had that message before when I tried to straighten it out. Is that a legitimate message from Facebook? I like to verify if it's legitimate. Can you verify? I've never been able to get a link like this before. I don't have a password though as I don't use social media accounts of any kind. But my wife does. Any help would be appreciated.
