effective coaching - insist your players do everything perfectly every time. A simple notion but difficult to accomplish. It takes a lot of discipline and sometimes tedious work to get there. A lot of coaches that I've known just didn't have the patience, stamina, discipline, and maybe just hardheadedness to make sure their team always and every time practiced and played properly. Sometimes one has to overcome being just sick of hearing your own voice go on and on over and over again on the same thing, but that's what you have to do sometimes to get through and make the correct move/technique/motion instinctual. That's coaching! From what I've seen, Cronin does that.
