but they are anecdotal and to this point not a pattern, so far as I can tell. For example, I was not happy last year when he questioned his player's aptitude. I do feel that was him throwing his team under the bus. Still, if I recall correctly, he said that in a post-game conference and he was pretty heated. I'm not going to hold it against him at this point. We all make mistakes. I agree with your bigger point that his players seem to really like him. That does speak volumes.
Also, yes the closest they have been to thriving was that Howland run.
