I don’t think Cal cheated at UK any more than any other team cheated. He didn’t need to. Everyone wanted to go there. Your reasoning is circular. The reason he stacked recruiting classes was because of his success. Duke has been pretty successful recruiting wise but they haven’t had nearly as much nba success. Moreover, it’s not just the AD’s of thr world that succeeded, but the SGA, Booker, Bam, PJ, maxey, etc. These guys weren’t can’t miss top 5 players in their classes. They were rated more like Amari, Watson, Hands, Wilkes.
