We truly don't know how this team will gel.
However, many of us are familiar with some of these players. There's no doubt that Bilodeau can score, and Kobe is a lockdown defender who also shoots better than what we're used to, especially from our defensive specialists. We've addressed two critical needs with experienced, proven players right from the start. They may not have been highly rated on any lists, but we know they're very good players.
I could continue describing the added athleticism, scoring, and toughness, but what excites me most is Cronin's optimism. He has publicly stated that he believes they have assembled a team capable of competing for championships. This suggests he feels confident about being in the upper tier of the new conference, which in turn means we could have a team that makes a deep run in the big tournament. It's hard not to be excited about that
