But any shortcomings in the roster/talent were also heavily compounded by what was undoubtedly Cronin's worst coaching job EVER. There was definitely more talent on the roster than the product displayed on the court suggested. He did a terrible job teaching, coaching, gameplanning, adjusting, subbing, motivating, and mentoring. I'd give his performance last year a generous F+
