You said UCLA will not be a top-tier (top-6 per Andy Katz) B1G team this season, and I said they will be, and that I'm confident enough in that belief that I'll put money on it.
The people on this board most excited about Cronin have played basketball at a high level, have coached at a high level, or have evaluated basketball players and recruits professionally. I trust their opinions, certainly more so than bald assertions by anyone whose only fact based statement is their self-professed hatred of Cronin, but I trust my eyes and ears even more.
You claim to be a UCLA alum and athletic donor. If you want people to believe you, I recommend demonstrating reading comprehension worthy of a Bruin grad, relying less on easily disproved logical fallacies to support your dubious claims, and engaging in honest argument and debate, instead of acting like what everyone here can effortlessly identify as a troll.
Also, you can put your money where your mouth is and defend your belief that Cronin sucks and UCLA will finish near the bottom of the B1G this season. You'll be wrong, but at least you'll prove you have the courage of your convictions.
As a big wig alum and donor, a thousand bucks should be chump change for you.
