Antitrust law is government at work, not the free market. So the article above reasons that government intrusion into sports created a problem, and the solution is "more government!"
The coming NIL disaster was so obviously predictable (except for the soft-headed bleeding hearts who think players were exploited, as if a free education = working in the coal mines). OBVIOUSLY the bigger schools and conferences will be able to out-compete the smaller schools when paying players is involved. Someone want to make the case for parity in an NIL world?
