The settlement money that is the responsibility of the little guys is just a reduction in their tourney payout. Say they were getting $600k, now they will be getting $300k. If they left they would get zero. Why would they want to leave?
What possible options do they have? Absolutely none that I can think of. Do you have any ideas? Their own tourney? lol It would be like the Division II. Media is not interested in tha. They’d lose money.
