Just stated the facts. Did I not say it was a nice accomplishment? Hardly a put down. Just putting it into perspective.
All NCAA championships are not created equally. There is a championship in skiing. Do you think SEC schools will ever have skiing teams? Does anyone know there are NCAA championship in Rifle and Bowling? Are they comparable to championships in basketball or track or softball?
Some sports are regional. Some are national. Some are played by all major schools. Some are not. Some are more significant being national championships.
