There is EVERY reason for UCLA to sue on this flagrantly oppressive sanction
heretofore with no precedent in any Board Of Regents past actions
The Regents, as a “Board Of Directors” can be sued by a University for
a number of possible causes of action, perhaps breach of fiduciary duty or .. bad faith by the Regents who were selected by Gov Nuisance corruptly voting to curry his favor promoting his self-styled vendetta v UCLA.

(yeah) the imposing of this monstrous baseless fine, possibly forcing, at least a substantial compromise reduction, WTF is wrong with that …?
