transfers who are already developed, players who have been and are experienced at competing effectively at the college level. Players who can adapt to his system in a short time without time consuming fundamental development. And only wanting 8 or 9 rotation players who fit that category with the rest being practice players. With the way college basketball is evolving, that seems like a reasonable approach---assuming a player will only stay for a year or two without transferring to greener $$$ pastures.

I tend to believe, no matter what he says, if he happens to have a player with a lot of potential and one that may be younger and not fully developed, I don't doubt that he will still to try to coach him in a way that he will improve and be able to help the team.
