talk about a "remains to be seen" if i've ever seen one!!

Perry's excellence from three point range seems the key factor to me. From a team that struggled to hit from outside and keep defenses honest against us to a team that could among the very best shooting from long range, that's a real sea change for us. And Perry could very much join that parade.

Hoping Perry's and Clark's presence will allow Dylan to play a more reasonable number of minutes every game but his minutes should remain among the higher on the team. The player who could see a major reduction is Mack unless he markedly improves his shooting during this off season.

Stefanovic of course will see a significant reduction in his minutes as most expect Johnson to start and Stefanovic to come off the bench. He should still see a significant number of minutes, however. Mack is going to go out and earn his minutes. Same for both Williams. And Freeney figures to have a "normal" freshman year - not many minutes outside of garbage time. Mara's minutes depend greatly on how much stronger and more physically mature he can become over this one offseason. And our two transfer PFs should both get decent minutes splitting the position (and if and when we go to a five out configuration).

But i expect - in addition to Andrews - Harris will get significant minutes at the two spot. Clark figures to be the primary backup at PG but Perry could earn a few minutes there and also some backing up the 2 spot. Mack has experience but his shooting percentages aren't great and this year he won't be the default choice when the team needs to make something happen. He's going to have to hit a solid percentage of his jump shots AND play a much more mature game if he hopes to earn significant minutes this coming season.
